No price increase! Badge prices are the same as the 2011 conference!

Registration and Payment Policies

To receive the Member Discount, all attendees must be paid for by a check drawn on the member organization’s bank account or a corporate credit card issued to the member organization. No personal checks or personal credit cards can be used to pay for member rates. Click here for membership information.

All Fees Are Due By March 18, 2012
To be eligible for the published rates, your registration must be submitted on or before the published dates and be paid (either by check or credit card) on or before March 18. Attendees who have not registered or paid in full by March 19 will be required to pay the on-site rate by check or credit card.

Registrations Are Transferable to a Co-worker
Substitutions are allowed within your organization. If a registrant is unable to attend, their registration is transferrable to another person only within their company or school. Please alert NJCSA Conference Services, c/o D. Lawrence Planners, at 609-344-1333 about the change prior to March 19 so we can correctly print badges in advance and minimize delays at the check-in table.

Cancellation Policy
NJCSA will refund 50% of the registration fee on cancellations received in writing on or before February 29. Fax to 609-348-4433.

Consent for Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NJCSA’s meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit NJCSA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, audiotapes of such events and activities.
