Online registration is now closed, but we still hope to see you at the conference! You may register onsite at Bally’s at the conference registration counter on the 6th floor during the following times:

  • Monday, April 15: Registration counter opens at 7 am and closes at 6:30 pm
  • Tuesday, April 16: Registration counter opens at 7 am and closes at 3:00 pm

The Conference Registration Counter is on the 6th Floor at Bally’s. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Operating charter schools registering onsite must bring a signed check.

Good News for Members

Anyone applying the NJCSA member discount to their conference registration fee will need to be added to our membership database prior to registering for the conference. Click here to Join or add more staff to your existing roster. (Membership must be pre-paid in order to apply the discount to the conference registration.)

Registration and Payment Policies

One Attendee Per Badge
This year, we will be strictly enforcing the policy of “one attendee per badge.” Badges cannot be shared between two or more people. We rely on registration numbers to create an accurate head count for each day. When badges are shared between two or more people, we no longer have an accurate count, and this puts a strain on our registration procedures and causes us to run out of bags, books, handouts and supplies. We offer a one-day badge for people who can only attend for one day. Thank you for your consideration!

No admittance without payment in full
To be eligible for the published rates, your registration must be recorded on or before the published dates. All registrations must be received and paid (either by check or credit card) before entering the event. Attendees who have not registered or paid in full by midnight on Monday, April 1, 2013, will be charged the on-site rate by check or credit card.

Registrations Are Transferable in Full to a Co-worker
We understand that emergencies happen. If you have pre-registered and paid for your badge, but are not able to attend the conference, please contact NJCSA Conference Services to make arrangements for your badge to be transferred in full to a replacement person within your organization or school. To minimize delays at the check-in counter, please call NJCSA Conference Services at 609-344-1333 to notify us of the transfer. Remember that badges must be transferred in full and cannot be shared.

Cancellation Policy
NJCSA will refund 50% of the registration fee on cancellations received in writing on or before midnight on March 15, 2013. Refunds are not given to no-shows. Fax written cancellation requests to 609-348-4433 or email to njcsareg@dlplan.com. Indicate registrant’s name, company/school, and confirmation number (if available).

Consent for Use of Photographic Images
Registration and attendance at, or participation in, NJCSA’s meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to permit NJCSA’s use and distribution (both now and in the future) of the registrant or attendee’s image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions, audiotapes of such events and activities.
