Harry serves as President and CEO, establishing the strategic vision and goals of NJPCSA to ensure that more students get access to excellent public charter schools in New Jersey.

He is a former charter school authorizer, CMO executive, and independent consultant and has worked with public charter schools in New Jersey and across the country since 2011. From 2014 to 2016, Harry served as the Director of the Office of Charter and Renaissance Schools at the New Jersey Department of Education. He also worked as the Chief Strategy Officer at iLearn Schools, a nonprofit charter management organization based in New Jersey.

He holds a bachelor’s degree from Yale University and a Master of Public Administration from Rutgers University – Newark. Harry currently resides in Lawrence Township, NJ. He is married to his wife Lina and is the proud father of three mostly wonderful children.
