Shanna Morgan

Shanna is the Director of Operations and Membership at the New Jersey Public Charter Schools Association. In this role, she oversees operations and membership engagement, manages technical assistance and events, and serves as Project Director for NJPCSA’s Charter Schools Program grant.

Prior to joining NJPCSA, Shanna led a consulting practice specializing in grant writing and nonprofit development, supporting education-focused organizations in building capacity and securing funding. She earned her Bachelor’s degree from Rutgers University and holds certificates in Policy Advocacy and Education Finance.

Shanna believes all students have the right to a high-quality public education, regardless of where they live or the resources they have. Outside of work, she enjoys good coffee, dystopian novels, and finding new corners of New Jersey to explore.
